Privacy policy

Updated 12 October 2026

Informanos Academy is an initiative of Informanos Analytics & AI Inc.. This policy explains how information is handled when you browse this website or submit an inquiry or waitlist form.

Information you provide

Our forms collect the details you enter, such as your name, email address, location, program interest, career stage, organization, training needs and message. The fields vary by form. Please do not include payment details, identity documents or sensitive personal information in your message.

Why we collect it

We use your information to respond to your request and discuss relevant programs, team training or partnerships. If you join a waitlist, we use it to send updates about your selected program. Submitting a form does not enroll you in a course or take a payment. You can stop waitlist updates by replying to an email or contacting us below.

Forms and email

We use Formspree to receive and store form submissions and send notifications to the configured Academy contact. Your submission includes the inquiry type and the website page where it was submitted. Formspree and email services may process information outside Canada, where local laws may apply. Service providers may also process technical information to operate their services and prevent spam.

You can read Formspree’s privacy policy for details about its service.

Website preferences and analytics

The website can store your analytics preference in your browser. If Google Analytics is enabled, it loads only after you choose Allow. It measures page visits and interactions such as program links and successful form submissions. Form answers are not sent as analytics events. You can change your choice using Analytics preferences when that control is shown. If analytics is not configured, Google Analytics does not load.

Access, retention and your choices

Form submissions may remain in the Formspree account and in notification emails. The service’s archive limits do not automatically delete copies in email. You may request access to your information, correct it, withdraw permission for further contact or request deletion by emailing us. We will review your request and explain any information that must be retained to meet legal obligations.
