01

Recordings and templates

Every session recorded. Prompt libraries and workflow templates included - keep what you build.

02

Weekly 1:1 with faculty

Thirty minutes a week with a faculty coach to work through your role, tools and project.

03

Real-world AI project

A four-week internship-style project shaped around your goals, availability and interests.

Sample weekly outline

Eight weeks of live sessions, then a four-week project.

The final weekly outline is being confirmed with faculty for upcoming cohorts. What follows is representative, not final.

  1. Week 1

AI foundations: what today's models do, where they fit, where they don't.

  2. Week 2

    Prompting for accurate, context-aware results.

  3. Week 3

AI tools for everyday work: writing, research, meetings, documents.

  4. Week 4

Working with data and files: analysis, summaries, structured outputs.

  5. Week 5

Workflow redesign: finding productivity opportunities in your own role.

  6. Week 6

Agents and automations: lightweight AI assistants you can actually use.

  7. Week 7

Responsible use: privacy, verification, and knowing when not to use AI.

  8. Week 8

AI-enabled careers and your 4-week project plan.

  9. Weeks 9-12

Applied project: scope, build, present. Faculty coaching throughout.

What past learners say

Three voices from past cohorts.

Publication permission is being confirmed with each learner.

The course is practical, engaging, and easy to follow. I'm discovering tools I can actually use to save time, think smarter, and approach work in new ways.

FunkeProduct Manager

This course isn't just informative, it's transformational. Concepts that once felt abstract are now tools I confidently use.

FunmiAI Analyst, Cohort 1

This class is eye-opening. The classes are hands-on, and the tutor-to-student ratio is good, allowing for better attention to each student.
